I was surprised the finish on this beautiful DM 1954 Cadillac Eldorado convertible is called "Apollo Gold". It is an extraordinarily vibrant yellow to my eyes. DM really did a nice job on all their '50s era Cadillacs. I love how the driver's side tail lamp flips up to reveal the gas cap.

I've always concluded that the best looking automobile from 1954 through 1956 (from any of the Big Three) was CADILLAC. General Motors just nailed it for these three years.

I could kick myself. This is one I received from the Preview Society and sent back. I had three FM '55 Cads and figured I didn't need another similar model.
