When the envelope hiding this Brochure was plucked out of my mailbox, upon opening it, it was "another Chevy", and not only that, it was "another of the "Tri-Chevy's". But, those two facts aside, when my eyes registered on this "another Chevy", there wasn't a seconds doubt that I wouldn't be adding it to my collection. Of the popular and much admired "Tri-Chevy's", I've always personally liked the 1956 the best. Though by later standards the tooling of this model was dated, this is a model that any Chevy lover and in fact, any old car lover wanted to have. The Two-Tone Color combo is an attention getter and after placing my order I literally was holding my breath until it arrived.
The 1956 CHEVROLET BEL AIR CONVERTIBLE by Franklin Mint!
FRANKLIN MINT would later give us two incredible REPAINTS of this iconic Bel Air!

I have had this one since it first came out, and never photographed it for some odd reason. Great post!

LOL Tony, looks like I've given you something to do today.
Nothing brings these little cars to life better than your photography.

George, I agree the tooling was dated by later standards but the image is a must have in my collection.
I have a 56 Convertible, but it's part of a three car set that I got from Brian.
@perrone1, WOW and DOUBLE WOW! If I didn't have this model after seeing your photos, I'd consider my life incomplete.
THANKS TONY!
