Red. On that note, how do you remove the tires on a model like this?

This is how I do it .. it may not the proper way ... so .....

I very carefully pry up on the center knock off spinner

Using a Jeweler philips screwdriver ... remove that very tiny lil screw

Very carefully work the rim / tire off

Once that is off ... I work on removing the rubber tire off the rim

THEN

Reverse the all the steps back to sq 1

AGAIN

This is how I do it .. it works for me

OH ................................

I use a soft pillow to lay the Corvette on it side

AND AGAIN

Work very carefully ...

No big hurry

Take your time

AND ................

My eyes are good .. but .. but not that good ...

So I use clamp on magnifying glass

Hope this answers the question

Changing out wheels/tires. Painting/detailing interiors. Removing those pesky stubs on headlights and then BMF...lol..here we go again..the headlight bucket to look more realistic. The same with the tail lights. Lowering or raising suspensions. Drilling open brake discs where they were only indentations. And so on. I'm still hoping to finish my mods to the 2 Sunstar '58 Lincolns I kept after selling off almost my entire 1/18 collection.

New wheel/tires. Lowered suspension. Drilled out brake discs. Lower rocker panels blacked out around entire body. Just a few mentioned here.
