(PICS) 1/24 Vintage Hong Kong Morris delivery truck....

A few years ago, (I believe it was 2012) my brother, Larry and I took a trip to Hong Kong as well as Guang Zhou, mostly for the purpose of finding interesting toys. We happened to see a notice on the bulletin board of a toy kiosk near the Kowloon/ Hong Kong ferry terminal announcing that the company 'BEST CHOOSE' was introducing a 1/24 model of the older ubiquetous Hong Kong delivery trucks and they would be available in two days. We'd already collected a few of BEST CHOOSE's smaller scale versions and the 1/24 versions were going to be available the day before we were scheduled to return to Canada. We hovered around the toy kiosk that morning and I believe we were a couple of the very first purchasers of the models as soon as the shipment arrived at the kiosk. The models were fairly inexpensive and we were delighted at the quality and level of detail. They even came in their own clear display case.

This one is a fine looking truck Clifford !! The generosity of detail is a treat for the eyes
***trucks in this particular style can be found on eBay.....they just can`t be AFFORDED there !!!**

I loaded mine up with barrels... [PIC] and thanks again, Cliff, for the heads up. I wouldn't have wanted to miss this one.
