I didn't. Mine came from DM that way. I think they must have issued it both ways.

John it was probably a "return" no reasons asked model that you got
As far as I've known, seen and heard this model was issued rear windows "up"

I don't think it was a return. I received it when 1st issued. I have seen several like this.
