Hell I can't remember
My ankles, my Planter Fasci ... whatever
... my freaking feet hurt
Was off for 2 weeks because I over did yard work
My back said .... OH NO YOU DON"T
But I just kept moving
My back is better
My knees are better
Now ...
If I can just get my ankles to stop barking at me !!!!
Raising 2 great grand daughters .... 3 & 5 ....
Every day ... those 2 girls teach me ....
