Actually not bad Smile

I've heard of Rib-Eye, Flank, T-Bone, and Skirt Steaks but never an Airport Steak...just what part of the animal gives us this delicious looking morsel ? Inquiring minds want to know.

Thank-you 👍

Haha! It was from an airport restaurant, so I named it airport steak. Folks in Florianopolis call it Short-Rib steak. Never had the sausage, so I added one. They didn’t use any seasoning on the steak. The meat was a little chewy. You can have it with white rice and beans or mixed rice; I went with the mixed rice. The sausage is very tasty. With the Coke, the total came to 90 reais, about $18.

Neat stuff! If you get a chance to order Picanha, save me a piece!  HA! Picanha is a popular cut of beef found in Brazil. It is also commonly found in Portugal. This cut is known for being juicy, tender, succulent and it’s the perfect meat to cook for a Brazilian churrasco.

Thank you! The VW is a color sample, the F40 is a developmental sample, the 312P is from Italian maker Rossi & Fly. I will resume posting tomorrow or as soon as I can stay awake 😣

Nice one Lu!  The GMP Cyclones are really well done, especially the interiors and engine bays. I have both the Dan Gurney and Cal Yarborough models. Unfortunately, when issued they were not well received for some reason, and they could be purchased for less than half retail on the secondary market.  Average prices have come up are around original retail today.
