VW Thursday! Today we have a factory-built Volkswagen Type 14A, a.k.a. Hebmüller Cabriolet, from Tin Wizard. Beautiful little car! The body is made out of resin, chassis and interior are metal. It displays well with FM’s Beetles, you can see the group photo on page 21.
Cool! Never seen this one before either. Prewar German color combo. What is the year of this one, I am not sure if I have ever seen VW roadster.

Retractable Friday! Here we have a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Skyliner from Danbury Mint. The roof mechanism is sophisticated and nicely replicated. Both FM and DM produced this model in various color combos, the solid color version is very refreshing.
now THERE`s a horse of a different color!!!.......it looks mighty fine in solid blue!
I have the DM in green/white and red/black and the FM in red/white, black/white. coral/white and blue/white.
@bob-jackman I have the 2 mints represented in the everyman colors.....mine however,is tended by a participant rotational pagan ritual that goes on all hours of the night
JB, Mine are also surrounded by a nightly ritual...our black lab, yellow lab and Jack Russell/Beagle mix...they sleep in the same room that these cars are displayed.
