Here is my latest purchase from Sun Star. A very heavy (almost 3kg) Routemaster RT113 (I think it was on route from 1962). Very detailed, especially the inside. The text on the outside has more meaning since the last few days, but that's purely coincidence....

great shots, I'm always on the hunt for one of these, especially the older version you have. Finding somewhere to put it will be a problem! Looks good displayed with the British cars.

I place the 1:16 Franklin mints and these Routemasters on top of the cases. They are indeed too big and too heavy to put in the cases glass shelves.

that works well. To help protect from dust you may find a local plastic fabrication business that will make clear acrylic dust covers for you. I've had a number made up to cover my Automodellos and D4C cars.

My fellow 1/24ers, I have been busy while waiting for my leg to heal. Here is a teaser - many cool models. On a separate note, perhaps I should invite our DHL, EMS, FedEx, UPS, and USPS drivers to see the toy cars at some point, just in case they are wondering what's in the box.

Actually just after I wrote the above this turned up. Nice Hachette Opel, they now appear to be making an Opel series, think I'll add a couple more.
