Crossover Monday! Today we have a 2017 Land Wind X2. The Chinese market base trim comes with a 1.6-liter NA engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission.  It retails for $9,450. You can also get a fancier version with a 1.5-liter turbo engine mated to a four-speed automatic box for $13,150. The model is delightful. Check out the last photo. Enjoy!

Old Tech Sunday! Here we have an FM 1929 Rolls Royce Phantom with red rims, which give the car a unique look. Enjoy!

There is a second error in this model, the rear axle is too wide and the wheels are coming out of the fenders. Click the link below to see Rich's images (I thought there was a text accompanying the pictures...).

Yes Chav, there WAS text description of the various differences, in the reviews. I see they are gone now. There were 2 or 3 variations of the red 29 RR including what you detail here and, of course the 2 different wheel colors.

Jordan's figurine is quite oversized, fitting the figurine on the front seat is a challenge and very risky to break it. However, the graphics and the quality of the paint of the car is outstanding. As far as I remember, mine had zero paint rash. This was probably marketed to the Jordan's fans and slipped from sight of the diecast collectors.

#23 Wednesday! Today we have a Maserati Tipo 61 from ABC Brianza, the most well-known model from the birdcage series. This is a factory-built resin curbside model. Many photo-etched parts and beautiful paint. Enjoy!

@lu what Tony said!

PS just checked their website and it appears ABC Brianza scratch build models to order. Shame they dont have more examples of their work on the site.

Early prototype (won in eBay auction)

This is the only prototype in my collection that has red stickers indicating inaccuracies or requested changes. Note, the tires have no threads yet.
