Two-Tone Friday! Today we have a 1935 Mercedes Benz 770K from Paul’s Model Art (PMA). It was also distributed under the Lemaco brand. There were two color options, the one you see here and a green one which will make an appearance tomorrow. Compared with the FM version, the PMA/Lemaco car is a couple of shades darker, it has a nicer interior, and the front wheels are only poseable. If you have to have a steerable car, FM is the only option; however, if you prefer a silky interior, the PMA/Lemaco will definitely make you happy. Enjoy!
I have the red PMA version, a real favourite. I do want the green one as well but had forgotten to look under Lemaco as well as PMA. Thanks for the reminder Lu.
@perrone1 Great collection Tony. I actually have one early rough C1 or C2 that once was in your collection as it has your address label on the box. Have to find it ... I got it very cheap on ebay several years ago.
I also have the 1965 C3 below, you were somehow involved in its development. I think you had the preproduction sample with uncovered power window buttons that were not available yet or something like this. Mine is very early prototype, the paint is very different, the interior is different color, the model and manufacturer are not yet embossed on the chassis. I have to replace the windshield and the mirror (already got a donor car). It came in a batch of parts cars from Jim Inglese collection's leftovers.

Cool Chav! Yep, the prototype DM '65 that was sent for photos and review has both window cranks and power window buttons. DM asked me to not photo that part.
Long Roof Sunday! Today we have a 1961 Ford Country Squire station wagon from FM. This is the only semi-modern wagon I have. Highly recommended!
I only recently got one of these since the price was irresistible. It is very nice model. It would've been even better if the paint had a clear coat, the metallic paint is a bit dull but overall, the fit is great for a model so complex and also made in the pre computer prototyping era.
Prototype Tuesday! Here is the prototype Cadzilla from Hot Wheels. Mattel had big plans - flashing lights, power doors and hood, better engine details, etc. I kept the rear lights off so the brake lights can be seen. Enjoy!
