We're fine We live on high ground. At the end of the street...
...is a 30 foot cliff down to the ocean. The road that runs the length of the cliffs was closed. Not sure if it was for safety or to keep rubber-neckers away (or both).
The only thing we saw was the water going way way out and coming back normally. We saw parts of the beach we've never seen before!
Our harbor had some damage with boats being overturned and bumping into one another.
AND there were a few surfers out there! We live in the Pleasure Point area.
