Just back from a road trip to New England. Stopped by Pete’s Model Garage ( http://www.petesmodelgarage.com/ ) in Lakeville MA and picked up a 1935 Auburn.

That looks like a nice model. I've not seen this one from Western before. I have one made by MiniMarque 43.

Hi Frank, I was looking to buy this Western Models Auburn in exactly your colour green with beige roof up.  In my view it's the best scheme they produced it in, but shipping was too expensive so I had to go for a different version here in the E.U.. Nice, but not as nice as yours, which I've only ever seen on U.S. sites.

Beautiful! It reminds me of one of thes being restored at White Post Restorations in White Post, Virginia some years ago now.  You were lucky to find this one, Frank.

What a beauty ! Now this is a real speedster in every sense of the word. I have a very nice white Ertl Auburn in 1/18, but not something like this in 1/43.

Frank, that is a great color choice for the top up!   I have always liked the color combo on my old (cheapy) Yesteryear!

Yesteryear Y19 1935 Auburn 851s
Yesteryear Y19 1935 Auburn 851 backs

And of course Albert Kopans has this on Western in HobbyDB in another color...
