'Heco Modèles' was created in 1979 by Hervé Colombet. The company was installed in a room in the centre town of Saint Etienne in France. Only 21 years old, Hervé loved models and he wanted to manufacture its own models. The first success the 'Bugatti 73A', sold with 300 assembled examples. This encouraged him to continue. During the first years, he manufactured mainly 'Bugatti' and 'Rolls Royce'. He improved steadily all the various techniques and is well respected for his fine models. The company stopped production in 2007.

Here is my favourite, The 1958 Le Mans Winner #14 Ferrari 250 TR 12 cylinder 3 litre driven to victory by Oliver Gendebien and American Phil Hill.

NICE!!  Love the wheels and subtle detail refinements (Leather hood straps and tonneau & small metal bits.)
