Added this Ebbro Toyota Corona to my smallish Japanese car shelf.Ā This was the car that put Toyota on the map in the USA in the late 60s.Ā Ā Likely more four door sedans were sold but the Japanese fully understood the American affinity to pillarless hardtops and accommodated that with this car.Ā Ebbro labels this as a 1600 GT5 and it's in home market spec with RHD.Ā Ā I could do without the wing mirrors however.

Nice one John. I have about three dozen Ebbro models - too bad they are shut down now. Even before your Corona was this 1960 model, back when Toyota was Toyopet. Thje wing mirrors are much closer to the driver.
