Brooklin’s first top up/top down convertible was a special run of 175 copies for the Brooklin Collectors Club in 2012. I would love to own one of these but they seldom, if ever, show up on the market. But this car gives us and idea of how a convertible can be done and driven/displayed with top up or down. The ‘65 Impala and ‘56 Buick will have this feature.

Love the color.
Also with this Club model the year was altered to a 1953. The standard yellow convertible was a 1952
If my memory serves me correctly, I believe that this was the only 1953 Cadillac convertible built by Brooklin. I think that they took their 1952 Cadillac convertible and reformed the grill and bumper into a 1953 specifically for this model. In 2014 they made another 1953 Cadillac for BCC but this time it was a 2 dr htp in pink and white.
This is a beautiful model and one I am very fortunate to have. Mine is even more special to me as it came from Dick Browne's Collection. I paid quite a bit to acquire it, and it is worth every penny as it really is spectacular. I really love the color, and since green is my favorite color, even better.
There is one more Cadillac model that Brooklin issued with a up-top and boot, the 2018 BCC 30th Anniversary Club Car (1 of the three they issued that year) the 1960 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible was issued as a LE 1 of 30, I am again fortunate to have one of those, my name was chosen in the drawing that year.

This was one of my favorite Brooklin club specials but sadly it was another one stolen. I have tried to replace it but it is very hard to find.
