I've been kind of looking for a '40 Ford coupe as a companion for my on-going '40 Ford convertible project car. One arrived today and I think it's interesting. . . not really great, just kind of interesting.
Team Caliber, Inc., is headquartered down the road at Concord, NC. This and other of their products are made in China. This is the Curtis Turner car, chosen because it was a lot less expensive than the others I found. I was really impressed by the packaging.
And then we opened it up!
My camera operator has trouble with colors, and this red has a little touch of orange in it. Yes, the interior is pink. And the trunk has a full sized spare inside!
I just thought some of you might be interested in a model that has a lot of "play value" in it. Got to stop now. We're heading for the sandbox!

This pic might look a little closer for the red color. The '40 Ford also came in a set with the '56 Chrysler 300B and a '35 Ford.

Thanks, Harv. I have troubles with colors, both in photography and eyesight!
