Matrix, in their infinite wisdom to appeal to as many collectors as possible, has come up with an outstanding color combo for one of their latest announced releases: the 1971 Chevrolet Impala Convertible
All kidding aside, the '71 Impala combined full-size comfort with the bold styling of Chevrolet’s newly redesigned B-body lineup. Its long hood, flowing body lines, and spacious six-passenger interior made it an ideal American cruiser, while available V8 power provided effortless performance. Produced in relatively limited numbers compared with Impala coupes and sedans, the 1971 convertible is now prized by collectors for its presence, practicality, and unmistakable early-1970s character.
Matrix plans to release the Impala Convertible soon as a scale model in three distinctive colors: pink (the real color combo), gold, and green.
Randy, is that pink with blue-green interior car a real model or is someone doing some photo-editing?

Maybe that’s just a primer coat…lol.
@ed-davis I thought I made it pretty obvious that the first pic is a Kuvakas special. The pink pics that follow are legit, though.
Love the green and gold versions. The other I'll just remain quite about.😁
Maybe it’s the Mary K (Kuvakas?) Special.
John Kuvakas must be really disappointed that this was only a joke. The real version looks quite similar, however.
Be still, my beating heart!

Looking at the pink would make my face turn to the green.
