Hi everyone! Does anyone know what Shrock Brothers were in 1/43? I know most passenger Studebakers were 1/72. Many large trucks were in 1/55, with some also being 1/72. The pickups were a mix.  The website is no longer there, unfortunately.

This is the only Shrock model that I ever had. 1946 Studebaker M16 Tandem Bumblebee. The scale is 1/55.

There are several listed at hobbyDB but I think they are all 1/72.

@jkuvakas No 1/43 are listed there, but I am 99% sure there was a President Speedster in 1/43, and a few pickups. There could have been also a COE truck.

I know I've seen some in 1/43 - always went way over $$$ for me.  You have to be careful how they are listed as well - since people may use 1/43 and not know...

See https://www.ebay.com/itm/395755407536 - is this a real 1/43?  Randall's book says it is!  👍

I was just thinking that Randy Olson should have some in his Independents book from 2012!  He shows a '51 convertible with top up, '59 E13 pickup (that's the one I want!), plus a whole background page with photos of more 1/43...  Should I make a copy?

@karl The question is what kind of sources he had, too.

@albert-kopans

If you question all sources, how do you find the facts? Just sayin'.

photo documentation - his E13 pickup is shown next to a 1:43 Golden Hawk! The '51 is in his collection, so I believe him!  🙂

@lloyd-mecca Only by holding the model in my hands. There is too much misinformation on the Internet.
