@nickies, I'm not sure. I'll see if I can find out.

John, I have a question about that military model. What scale is it?

I used dimensions from the internet - it is 1/54 scale.

Another one will be available in Chicago...

Thanks for the explanation, Curtis.  And I could add,  the Ford side valve V (aka flat head) engines often had cooling issues and one of the reasons was the exhaust gases had to travel through the block to the manifold and this added heat to the block.  Cadillac side valve engines had the exhaust manifolds on the top allowing the exhaust gases to leave the engine sooner.  Of course that required more piping on the top of the engine and nearer the carburettor.

@randyrusk I kinda wish they wouldn't, but just my opinion since I already have the Conquest. Funny that they need to take measurements since the Conquest master is probably at SMTS somewhere. I wonder if we will see more Conquests/Madison/ etc. appearing as Brooklins.

@randyrusk I'm with Harvey on this one. In addition to the beautifully done Conquest white metal model, there is also a Nash Ambassador Surburban by Victory Models in resin that is outstanding. Not so sure we another one. Would rather see something that hasn't been done or a remake of something that really needs it because of it being originally done in poorer quality.

Very interesting question Harvey. I guess it comes down to who has ownership of the Conquest Nash master. Or possibly if the current owner has decided that they  will no longer make this model and sold the rights to Brooklin. It makes sense that if SMTS has the masters in their possession and has rights to use this master, it is a great way for Brooklin to make a future model of Mr Bulgari's car and avoid the expense of a new master.

I agree with Harv and Curtis. Besides Harv, does anyone else have the Conquest model? Regarding Ken’s comments about ownership of the model masters, would that be Buz of Route 66 Model Car Store?

@ed-davis I would think that Buz owns the masters as he made the model although I don't know. I have the Conquest rendition in the same color as Harveys. I also own the Victory one in Strato Blue.
