Woodies

What a great and varied selection of Woodies with fantastic and very accurate detailing - very nice indeed.

Staying on the subject of 'wood' here is a one from my Top Marques collection - it's a 1926 Rolls Royce 20HP Skiff with the body by Fry.photo no longer available

BenD, You have enough wood to keep a colony of termites fed for a long time.

Woodies

Thanks Ben - I've got a few more woodie boattails in the loft and will dig them out and post some pics. In the meantime in case these are of interest here are a couple more - first is the Kenna Models 1950 Austin A70 Woodie Oldham Constabulary Police Van and the second is a Top Marques 1907 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost Wagonette.photo no longer available

Matrix. This color was the first issue. The second color is black.

I held off on the Neo Rolls, I thought they did the wood all wrong. Instead, got this Matrix.

It's not perfect either, the panel decals being a bit too orange. But at least the wood grain goes the right way.
