And fastbacks were fading in popularity by 1950-51 and Lincoln only offered their four door fastback for a half year in 1949.  As shown here in the upper left corner of this group of big Lincoln Cosmopolitans.

Beautiful 1950 Buicks and Oldsmobiles, done here extremely well in white metal. The fastback style is a real favorite, although I also really enjoy my '50 Buick Super in top-up convertible form by Solido.

Very nice models. I have the Buick in the ivory color. When I was very young a neighbor had a 1950 Buick sedanette in white. I still remember the fast back style and the grille.

Ed, I kinda nudged Buz into making the 1950 Buick fastback. I liked them so much that I bought one of each color.

I also have the previously released 1950 Buick woody wagon, the 1950 Buick convertible, and the 1950 Buick 2 door coupe.
