Thanks for posting this fine model. I have several variations of this RexToys beaut, and yours with the fender-mounted spare is a favorite.

What a great little model. This is one of those that could be identified as "nice for the money." In my opinion it a good model period.

So, were these cars actually used as taxis and police cars? I have no problem with the liveries, they look great.

@jkuvakas Found this '41 Packard pic online. Might have been the model for the Rextoys. BTW, Rextoys also made a green cab.
