I added these two models to my collection early last year. As these models go, the acquisition price is usually very steep. I picked these up for what I considered, very reasonable at the time. They both arrived in excellent condition, although the hardtop was a bit dirty. Some cleanup and a new set of whitewall tires made it all right. The convertible just needed a shine, it's a beauty.
The 1954 Buick Century Riviera Hardtop was issued by MCUSA-Design Studio Series and is in Condor Yellow & Carlsbad Black -- the Century Convertible was issued by MCUSA-American Models Series and is in Matador Red.

Great models, but I just never cared for those "teardrop headlight bezels"Â nor those "taillight pimples."Â 1955 & '56 Buicks look so much better to me.Â
Very nice. I sometimes think about trying to buy one of these to fill a void in my set of Buicks ranging from 1941 to 1964, plus the 1970 GSX. Â I am not yet willing to spend that much money for a single model. Maybe someday.Â
For now, I will enjoy looking at your models. As always, thanks for pictures.

Beautiful 1954 Buicks ! Both are real sweethearts and in both top-down convertible and hardtop form.
@chris Now that they have a name, I love those taillight pimples! 😉 🤩
