Love them both but as much as I despise not having a "PARK"  in the Imperial, I hate the reverse hood & trunk on the Continental more.

I would take either. But my first choice would be the Continental.

Beautiful automobiles and great models in elegant colors ! Just like with the real 1:1 vehicles, as a presumably well-off 1:1 owner, I would solve the "Which one ?" issue by having both and flipping a coin to decide each day which gets the driving duties. Smile

Both very nice. For parking purposes, I would take the shorter one.

@ed-davis, they're closer than I thought. The Continental was 227.1 in length, and the Imperial was 226.3 in. Either way, they were both huge!

That is surprising to me JK; my impression has always been that the Lincoln was a fair bit longer.

@jack-dodds, yup! It surprised me too. I know the Continental was the longest regular production car made domestically. But, apparently, not by much. The Caddy drop top came in at 225 inches. So, the top 3 were all very close to each other.

@jkuvakas

And the Continental was also the largest unibody car produced at that time!

@pete-rovero, really, it was quite an amazing feat of engineering for the time.

I have both models but in different colors. My choice in 1/1 scale is the Continental. I bought the Continental in top up so the breezeway window could be shown. As a guy who works on 1/1 scale cars, I love front hinged hoods as they provide easier access to the engine compartment.
