Another recent release added to my collection. With only one other '53 Cadillac Eldorado in my stable, this was a welcomed addition. Now just a little bit of an observation and opinion from me.
I was really looking forward to this model and with the announcement of the blue version to be Pastoral Blue, I was thrilled as this is my 1st choice for the '53 Eldorado. The model is very nice, but unfortunately the color is not a true Pastoral Blue, the model is to turquoise in appearance. There isn't a '53 Cadillac color that matches it exactly.
I like the model and the black closed version I received as well is good choice for the style. Take a look, see what you think.
1953 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible, Stamp Models, LE #023 of 109 in (what I am calling) Light Turquoise Blue
Here's a truer example of what Pastoral Blue looks like in model form. This one is from FM and is 1:24.

IMO, that is a much nicer shade of blue on the FM.
Beautiful X 3 - Car, Color, Photos!
I like it even if not authentic. Beautiful model.
Both colors look fine to me. Either way makes a nice looking model.

I still like the model and the color; accuracy is not always critical if the presentation is there. And in this case, it is. I was just a bit disappointed that the actual color wasn't Pastoral Blue.

@chris I am not surprised about the OP's statement.
To each their own but for myself, I try to avoid wasting money on a model that is inaccurate. By the past, some Stamp and Brooklin's purchases have been obvious for being completely wrong upon examination. If so, they went straight to storage without being displayed.
