When I started collecting Brooklin Models, I was amazed as the number of diverse and completely different (from what I was familiar with) their model offerings were. One of the early models I came across was the Packard-Henney Station Wagon Prototype. My obsession with Brooklin Models was just getting underway and this model satisfied it to a tee. I don't recall how I learned of this model, but I was thrilled to find one available from SpaCroft Models. When it arrived, I was amazed at the sheer size of it and the presence the model had. This was the 1st of several of these large Packard wagons to join my collection.
1954 Packard-Henney Super Special Station Wagon Prototype - BRK 190
It was five years later when I came across this special model that was crafted by John Roberts. It was based on the original prototype but crafted in a different color combination. The 1:1 was built as a 1 of 1 prototype and this modified model represented a proposed color option shown in the promotional documents.

These are well-done and extremely interesting Brooklin replicas of these low-production Packards. The colors here are exceptional.
Impressive looking model. I do not believe I ever saw one of these models.

Very nice models John, especially the alternate color. I wasn't aware JR had done this one.

@perrone1 No kidding they are loooong! Imagine trying to parallel park one downtown!
...great looking and well built (models & 1:1 ). It's a shame Packard ended as it did - it deserved better.
