We asked for input on the prototypes, particularly on the '59 Lincoln Continental convertible, and we got it! Some issues are correctable and will be addressed in the production version, particularly the ends of the fins. They are also reconsidering the rocker panels on the hearse. On the prototype, they are painted, and some folks thought they should be chrome-plated.

Seeing a manufacturer actively seeking constructive feedback from collectors prior to going into production on a model can only be a good thing for the hobby.

The giant 1959 Lincoln Continental is such an imposing and good-looking car that, in any form, it should be a real knockout on display in a collection.

Why Brooklin's doesn't do that?  The upcoming 1954 Packard should have been a lot better, furthermore if it has been in the pipeline for so many years.

The big issue with the hood would probably have been mentioned and fixed at the early stage of design if they would have share with the colloctor's base interested in white metal models. Thanks to resin models manufacturers to listen to the community to get us a better product.

We don't hear anymore from Goldvarg 1948 Buick Roadmaster Coupe to come soon and I believe it's a good thing. There was a lot more to do to make it right and it is postponed until all the bugs will be fixed. I can wait on this one to receive it as close to perfection.

Very glad that you mentioned this, John! GLM/Stamp is VERY interested in getting constructive feedback on their prototypes, and genuinely cares about making the finest models that they possibly can. I have personally offered suggestions regarding their prototypes over the years, and they ALWAYS listen and make corrections whenever possible.
