We had an incredible weekend, folks. I'll have a full report sometime soon, but here are some early numbers;
- Brooklin sold 9 numbered sets of all six models and a large number of individually numbered models as well. We're still waiting to hear a final total but the sales desk was swamped for a while and Simon lost count.
- All the gas pump sets were sold.
- We had 78 people in attendance, 7 came from overseas, not counting the 4 folks from Brooklin
- Nearly everyone got a ride in one of four cars
- The four cars were; '37 Zephyr Coupe, '63 Riviera, '47 Town & Country Convertible, '51 Hudson convertible
- We had 14 hard-working volunteers without whom we would not have been able to put the weekend together
- 4 lucky people got to drive those 4 cars
- 10 people went to America On Wheels on Friday
- I drank at least 50 cups of coffee!
We're beginning to plan for next year!

John, I take advantage of this forum to express one more time, publicly, my thankfulness and appreciation to the NABCC for the tremendous help and enthusiasm provided before and during the event in Allentown.
To Brian, that pushed the idea of the event so hard during this year. It has been a pity he couldn't participate: I hope that at home everything is going for the better and see him soon in person.
To all the NABCC members that rapidly filled the Club and motivated, even more, all of us in Brooklin and The NB Center to create for them something extraordinary.
To all the Volunteers, that have been decisive to support the TNBC organization in Allentown and let all the guests just concentrate on the new model line-up, the 1:1 collection, and enjoy the incredible event in such an incredible location: who has been there knows exactly what I am talking about.
To you and Kelly, that simply added the magic to this NABCC 1: with your total dedication, commitment, and enthusiasm, you really made the difference and the event succeed.
The event has been so successful that the following Sunday morning the staff of Brooklin and NABCC were together in a meeting to plan the next NABCC 2 event. The main framework has been already outlined and I am sure that we will excite all the Brooklin passionate and collectors even more than this year! Let me mention also Chris of HobbyDB.com that spent a lot of time with us providing the group with interesting insights and ideas to develop.
But I couldn't end this sincere thank you letter without mentioning the one that, really made it all possible: mister Nicola Bulgari. Sadly, although it was planned, he couldn't be physically present at the event. Despite this, let me tell you that he has been discretely but constantly present behind the scenes, on the phone, asking to be updated on how was the event going on and how much the TNBC guests were enjoying the day with the new Brooklin models and his 1:1 cars collection. Without him, and his immense passion for the American automotive heritage, we simply couldn't have had such a great and inspiring experience.
I wish to see you all, and possibly much more, at the next NABCC event in 2022.
Ciao,
Daniele
John, I'm a little slow but how does one purchase one of the models?
@bob-jackman, a note to Amanda will get things rolling. There are still some numbered sets available, Bob.

Thanks John.
@jkuvakas John, i bought Sunday afternoon directly on the Brooklin's site and i did not receive yet my tracking number and i don't know approximatively when my Lincoln will left and from where? Does all the 300 models were at Allentown and will be sent from there or they have yet a few models at Bath? Usually a few hours after my purchases, I receive an email giving me the tracking number and when the package will leave, but I haven't heard from it for almost 48 hours.
@michel-lemieux, I'm sorry but I don't know. I believe all the models were in Allentown. Either way, I'm sure Brooklin appreciates your order and you'll hear from them soon.

@jkuvakas Thank you, John. I'll email Amanda. If the models not purchased at the museum are all returned to the UK, I understand the delay. I only hope to receive my model before Christmas? On another note, I saw some photos of cars at the event and if I saw correctly i'm not an expert, was there a 1934 La Salle 350 Coupe like the one make by Brooklin #84 some year ago?
@michel-lemieux, I have an update. The NB Center is closed for the week. Brooklin anticipated that there would be orders, so a limited number of models were taken to another location where they can be shipped from domestically. When the staff returns to Allentown, shipping will resume from there. Meanwhile, orders will be processed through the Brooklin website as usual. It may take another day or so for those orders to be acknowledged and tracked.

Yesterday I ordered the Town & country from the Brooklin website. This morning I received an email saying my shipment was being shipped USPS from Dayton, Ohio.
Brooklin sold 9 numbered sets of all six models
Wow! those sets come to about $2k each!
I ordered the Zephyr yesterday and will probably order the Town & Country today......that is all I can('t) afford!
Update: I just ordered the Town & Country!
@ben-lampson So if I remember correctly you will be able to see the difference between your BML Lincoln and the NBC Lincoln? I ordered the Lincoln also.
you will be able to see the difference between your BML Lincoln and the NBC Lincoln?
Yes.... as far as the NBC pics show, the headlight lenses are resin and not polished metal like the BML, and there is chrome trim that is on the NBC that is not on the BML, and they are the following......
Chrome bezels around the resin headlights.
A chrome trim strip that runs the length of the model on both sides.
A chrome strip on the hood below the one that runs the length of the car.
Chrome windshield surround trim.
Rear window surround chrome trim.
and mirror on the drivers door.
and possible interior updates.
