Dear friends,
First of all, I want to wish to all the group members a very happy and healthy 2023!
I have just got the very first prototype of one of the new models for 2023, the 1955 Ford Country Squire.
There are some details to be improved, but I want to share the very first images with you.
For example, the door lines must be in the "wood trim".
Thanks for doing this one Sergio; I know many people have commented in the last year or two that they would like to see this one done. Thanks for listening!
Very nice! This one brings back fond memories.
These look fantastic, and my favorite color for this model is the green, so perfect choice. Another one to wait eagerly for.

John;
My favorite color for this Country Squire is Sierra Brown Metallic. I think it would contrast really well with the wood trim. The Sea Sprite Green shown is really attractive too.
Great news! One of the ones I have been hoping for. I'll be ordering the Torch Red but would really like to see the Sierra Brown Metallic
on this one for something different. Earthy tones always harmonize with the "wood" the best IMO. Any thought about filling in the gaps in the Country Squire line up from 1950 thru 1970? 1950 being there first year as a mid year change for the Ford wagon rot be called Country Squire although there name never appears on the car, just in the ads.
@parisi50 Curtis;
I would buy every one of them; 1950 thru '70. I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to see a '56 Park Lane wagon too.

Done, but I would not mind seeing a 1955 Country Sedan sometime. Seems all Ford wagons were not faux wood versions.

I could be wrong, but I think the first use of the Country Squire badge was with the twin spinner 1951 which had a small badge on the upper section of the front door. Something like this.
