OK, once I started looking these little gems over, I just couldn't resist taking a couple out for a closer look and of course, some photos.

Fine pictures of these exceptionally nice GLM Packard Hawks ! They look good in both colors, too and even the originals perhaps quirky front grille aspect gives the real car and model a very neat stand-out look.
For me it was a toss up between the dark red and the Canyon Copper/Jewel Beige 2-tone; but I chose the latter; mainly because I have so few models done in this color. Can't wait to receive it.
Very nice models. You are correct Jack. When I look at my displays, these colours are not that common. I think that I will stick with the green, none the less. Most of my green models are darker.
@jack-dodds Jack I received the Canyon Copper version last week. I don't know how a model could make these cars look good but these models do.

Although mine is still in transit I must say that I agree with you; at least from the many pics we have seen on this forum. Like its looks or not, it is definitely a milestone car for Packard and has an important place in automotive history. I think it will look fantastic within my Studebaker/Packard of the 50's display lineup.

And should show well with the upcoming Esval 1958 Packard hardtops which used the same style front clip but with added on four headlamps.
