This 1956 Nash Rambler "Palm Beach" two seat coupe is a one-off Pininfarina built fully functional automobile commissioned by George Mason to ultimately replace the Nash-Healey. It was built on a Rambler platform. After its debut at the Turin Auto Show and before it really could have any impact, AMC dropped its Nash and Hudson line and the car actually wound up in the Henry Ford Museum for a spell. Subsequently, it became part of Joe Bortz' collection of concept cars. The car was, and is now painted in Emerald Green with a white top. This Matrix model is all silver and I've not found any evidence it ever was this color.
