@david-green One of my ambitions in life (spot the adventurer) is to visit the Schlumpf Collection. It's not too far, but I've yet to find the time. Your car certainly looks like a thrilling ride as well as being an eye-catcher.
@david-green Here's a favourite of mine again, 1926, Bugatti type 38 A Torpedo by Lavocat et Marsaud. Model by Serie Orangerie Moderne MCM
(There's a toolbox detached from LHS just aft of fender but I have that in the box)
Hi Charles,
The type 38 Bugatti in your video is quite impressive in dark red and I enjoyed seeing in running. Love your MCM white version. I don’t have this one but I do have several MCM white metal models, all Le Mans winners from pre WWII. No Bugattis although I do have quite a few including most of those produced by Western Models.
Thanks for sharing.
I’ve been once to see the Schlumpf Collection in Mulhouse, very diligently laid out with antique street lighting and an incredible number of cars, just about every Bugatti. Bought the book. Fantastic place. You really need to go.

M. Rockett - you must go see the (ex)-Schlumpf collection. So many Bugattis as David said. I was there years ago and want to go again! It's a fascinating but very sad story of the brothers and their cars.
@karl A story of obsession, from which we all now benefit - that is if we get off our lazy backsides and go and see the brothers' collection ! (IE. Me.)
