This is the attractive 1956 Plymouth Belvedere, as done by Signature. This one falls between 1/43 and 1/24 scale and is actually considered 1/32, although it looks great in any scale. The 1956 was among the earlier "fin" cars that (especially Chrysler) were coming out with. Plymouth was a popular, good-looking car and a diecast, resin or white metal model of it it always a treat.

As you can imagine, I love the image with the jet, but as always, each of these images show this fabulous model in an interesting context.

@bob-jackman  A while back I got on a 1956 Plymouth kick and came up with these variations.   Convertible,    2 door  suburban, Belvedere four door hardtop, and Savoy sedan.

1956 Plymouths X3 #1
1956 Plymouths X2 #2
1956 Plymouths X2 #1

And a dealership

1956 Plymouth showroom #4
