(Pics) 1969 Mercury Marauder X-100

This is the Minichamps Marauder X-100. In 1969 -70 this was certainly full-size muscle and it is done really nicely here in 1/43 scale.

I recall working at a Lincoln-Mercury dealership in '69 and servicing this car.  At the time it took me a while to warm up to the rear deck dull black effect but I sure like it now.  You rarely see one on the road these days.  Minichamps did a nice job on this one for the price point

I have a couple of these. A black & red I believe. Nice models overall but the tiny tires have always bothered me.
