(PICS) Larry's much-modified '68 Dodge D700 Dump Truck

My brother, Larry, has just completed this North american style Dodge Dump truck, modified from an IXO South American extended 6-wheel truck that would have been unusual in North America.
His main modifications include:
-Shortening of the chassis and dump body
-Revising the dump body into a more era-typical hard structure form (as opposed to a semi half-pipe form)
-Adding dump tailgate release mechanism detail
-Constructing pivoting mud flaps (accommodating dump in both raised and lowered stance)
-Adding era typical rear tail light and license detail
-Fabricating soldered fine wire west-coast style rear view mirrors replicating typical mid-weight Dodge truck application
-Slightly increasing rim and tire dia. as applied to rear wheel assemblies

Your conversion makes this truck correct for the US market
The White Box 3 axle one is billed as a D900 but I do not believe that Dodge in the USA built a D900 with this cab. It was more likely the earlier cab with the swing away front fenders. But for other markets they possibly did, even for trucks as heavy duty as the D900.
