Two Packards? My day is made! Thanks, Dick.
Something for everyone but Randy, maybe he'll like the Nash.
For professional car fans, you will want to note the long W.B. C.S.V.'s.
New casting equipment will permit Brooklin Models to produce these longer wheelbase models in order to more accurately manufacture hearses, ambulances, flower cars, and limousines. New boxes will also be required.
Nash is good, so are Packards. Maybe Brooklin could Hot Rod 1 of those older Buicks or Pontiacs ?
Randy - With your new workshop you can hot rod these yourself!! Not everyone here appreciates these "hot rods" like you and I do!! lol
Gonna be a tough year on the old budget. Thanks Dick.
Thanx Dick, I think that Tim forgot to tell us that the list is official with possible changes
Indeed, David. I'm very happy for the two Packards.
I think Minimarque (Illustra) did the 1955 Packard 400 but the Brooklin will be surely beautiful also with extra detail and less expensive. I have the Minimarque 1956 Packard 400 in two tone blue. The news that excites me the most is the 1954 Packard Patrician 4 door Sedan.
Thanks, for the list, Dick.
Further to your list Dick,
I've posted illustrations on my web site of the proposed models. Just click on the link below. I haven't found a picture of the '34 Buick M-97 yet. I hope all the other pics are the correct ones, although I'm sure someone will tell me if I've got any wrong.
Brooklin 2012
Thanks for posting Mike, it will help put this models into prospective.
Very nice, Mike. Thanks for going to all the trouble to find and post the pics!
Excellent Mike! That must have taken a lot of googletime!
The Minx is a 1959 Series 111 with an incorrect colour scheme but all the rest are bang on as far as I can see. Where did the find the Zephyr wagon in the end?
I found the Zephyr on an Autocar review site. A bit of manipultaion and I seperated the picture from the text and hey presto!
I'll find an appropriate picture for the Minx and repost.
