Thanks Mike. Two must haves for me.
Yep! Me,too. Outstanding!
Thanks Bob. Considering the price, the Buicks are going extremely well.
Now the Pound is losing value, they'll not be quite expensive as expensive, but beware......the Lion will roar again.
I'm assuming my dealer in the states will have these within the next couple of weeks.
Have had them on order for several months now.
The models usually go out to the States at a similar time Bob to us in the UK, but there is obviously a time delay of getting over there, then sending them to the distributor, and then out to the dealers.
I remember them great 60s classic
I'm afraid I never saw the Century with four portholes here. Not even the Super which was a model line above it in price. Only the Roadmaster had the four holes on a side. Is it possible that Buick made four holed Century for the Canadian market?
"Its good news week...someone's dropped a bomb somewhere, contaminating atmosphere"
We chatted about this last week....the Broolkin is correct.
Ditto! The Buick would look best in black & pink IMO. 🙂
I think i will be patient and wait in 2020 for the tri-tones version in Black/Coral/White
Remember the Revell kit?
Revell kit? Can you believe I just found a built one with glass?
I have loved those Buicks forever and always thought how nice it would be to have vac formed windows. Well I bought one on eBay which a very ambitious builder had added clear flat sheet stock for front and rear windshields. He had much more patience than I do. They greatly improve the look of the car.
Beginning in 1955, all series except the Special had four portholes per side.
