It is very nice to see the SMTS models featured JK. Thanks for this. I have a number of SMTS models including the Aston Martin Zagato but have not added to this collection for a few years. As the makes produced are attractive to me, it is time to add a few more.
@david-green, the Zagato is beautiful! But, I'm enthralled by the DB5 as well.

Another nice video. I saw those models at Chicago show, and they are nice. My favorite is blue DB5. Also, thanks for mentioning my name in video.

I am not quite sure what is my feeling about these. It is interesting you said they do the Conquest Brand as I bought the 1950 Buick Special Sedanette a few months ago just because of the image and nothing else because I don't buy metal models.
Fortunately, The chrome foil is nicely applied and now I can see the craftmanship is coming from the same company. Other than that, I am not trilled. Metal models are something from the past and certainly not the future in 1/43 scale.
I am always wondering how these companies can stay alive and be profitable as businesses. Of course, this is just my opinion.
Nice. When and where is your next in person show/shows?

@nickies SMTS does white metal and resin, so I assume they use the best material for the casting plus what their customers want. As John mentions, they do a lot of castings that are not cars and many are on commission. Others are done because they are car guys at heart. Hopefully they found a business model that will continue to work for them.
John - are these 4 white metal, or resin? Many of their race car kits are resin.
@frank, at this point, we plan to be in Chicago again in March. If anything changes, you'll see it here.
