This beautiful model arrived along with the '74 Coupe de Ville. I am a huge fan of the 1960 Cadillac style and this one does not disappoint.

John, that is the best replica of a 1960 Cadillac yet! Stamp has gotten it right in virtually every detail. Here is the actual car for comparison of the actual car to your models. I trimmed your pictures for a closer match.

Super comparison. IMO the 60 Cadillac was so much more handsome than the 59.

@bob-jackman Hi guys, apparently no one looked at my earlier post discussing this Cadillac as compared to Brooklin version. The only reply I received was from the Cadillac expert who took great exception to my post. This is certainly an interesting forum.

@chazy-r

I did not comment because I had not yet seen the model. I do my very best not to comment on prototypes-because things change.
My opinions are reserved to when the model is in hand. And in my hands now, this is amazing.

Again, I would say to step over to the French forum and review maybe the last three pages and decide for yourself if it is-in fact-one of the best yet. I am dubious about that. I don't say much about these poorly built models (and you will note that other Cadillac subject matter experts have stopped also) because IMHO, no one here really cares about detail on their models.

It used to be many of us could discuss this, but now it just turns into a mess, whereas, on the other (1:43 Cadillac only) forum, we are passionate about our little cars and their perfection or lack of it. Everyone gets along, no matter their view.

I have said this many, many times... No model is perfect. Not one. Some come close and others, not so much.

Ultimately it comes down to the purchaser of the model. If they are pleased with what they have spent their money on, what does it matter. And I am, very much so.
