TSM Greenwood Corvette 'Spirit of '76' vs. Bizarre

Not much posting here if vintage racing machines, but here goes- this is a comparison of of TSM's recently released 1976 John Greenwood created Corvette MONSTER versus the Bizarre release several years ago. This Lemans entry was a crowd favorite htting a top speed of over 230MPH on the Mulsanne straight, but sadly a DNG due to mechanical issues. As expected the accuracy and detail of the TSM version is much improved, quality comes at a cost-the TSM is nearly 2x the cost of the Bizarre-but I'm glad to say is worth it. I would have though the older mold would be reused for the new release, but as you can see it is an entirely new resin casting, with impressive metal photoetch parts, the hood pins, rear spolier extensions, rear window retaining straps and package shelf: on the front are driving light brackets, the exhaust tips and finally the on the rear the fender extension outlets- all metal!!
TSM has done a masterful job on recreating this interesting and brutally fast racer that I'm pleased to add to my racing collection:

Oops - just checked and I have the Spirit of Sebring car.
A temporary reprieve for the Bizarre.
