If you have a workaround, please share it in detail with the rest of us.

I tried selecting an image from file, clicking "copy" then doing CTRL + V to paste it in, rather than using the "Attach files" option. But that didn't work either. The system seems to be unresponsive to image data in any form. I'm surprised the IT people couldn't at least offer an acknowledgement of the problem and assure us they are working on a resolution.
Presumably some kind of system "upgrade" is in progress. I see topic titles are now displayed in a rather weak and not particularly legible pale blue. My eyesight isn't that bad but I have to put my nose about a foot away from the screen to read some of them. Did someone think that was an improvement? (Maybe they thought it would be more "cheerful").
Ah well, when it comes to pictures we'll just have to resort to your mind-reading technique for the time being. Good mental exercise.

Has anyone checked to see if this problem is specific to just  Form 43? I haven't noticed any comments on the other forums about problems posting pictures.
Oops! I spoke to soon. Just notice a post about images on Form 24.
And in The Lounge. It's everywhere.

Noon Saturday (UK time). Topic titles have reverted to black rather than yesterday's pale blue. Either someone is still tinkering with the system settings or my PC is playing games with me.

same here 😕Â
Yes, I found a way into some of the more basic settings and made a few changes, hope they help. I'm very limited as to what I can accomplish. I'm still thinking something is wrong and hoping for more help from IT.Â

Here's an easy way to insert an image from a website into your post.
- Right-click on the image
- Click on "Copy web address" or some reasonable facsimile
- Paste that code into your post (you can right-click, then "paste" or simply hit "cntrl" & "v" at the same time)
Unfortunately, this will not work on images stored on your computer or phone. Nor does it work on all images on websites. But, it will work on most.Â

Is this the final fix? The photos I post are usually from my computer. Hopefully, a real fix is coming. I have a second question. Who is IT?

@ed-davis, hopefully, all these methods are temporary. IT is an abbreviation for Information Technology. An IT person helps you with technical issues. Other than that...it can always mean....

What I meant is who maintains the web site and does the upgrades? Another company, forum, etc.?

@ed-davis, my apologies. Legacy/Mint Models has an IT guy. Apparently, he is new and unfamiliar with Word Press. If we have anyone capable of helping out, please notify me.Â
John, couldn't they re-set everything to exactly the way it was last week ? It seems like attempted changes made here by the tech people broke something. It might be necessary to lose a week's worth of posts and pictures but I'm confident everyone would be willing to do that and re-post any brilliant insights and eloquent thoughts they may have put up during that time. 😎Â

What is the status of repairing the photo posting ability?
