If the VW windows are 1:1 I would say the models are 1/43.  Maybe it's a back loader?  Very cool.

It looks as if it might be an art installation.  Either way, It shows how iconic the Beatle is and begs the question what other side windows might work similarly?

That's kind of what I thought because I don't recognize any of the models (that's why I'm uncertain about the scale ) and if you look closely, many of them appear to be toys rather than scale replicas.    I think you're right, this is more about "wall art"  than it is about "collection presentation."      But I still like it!  😎 😎
