Here are some quick snaps of the Hot Wheels 1955 ChevroletvBel Air in mild custom form. It is a great-looking car, either in stock or modified form and makes a great HW 1/64 replica. My Dad had a standard Chevrolet Bel Air coupe in coral over black/grey.

I believe this is a regular release although this has been done in different color schemes. I have had it for a number of years.1955 Chevys are always great subject matter, stock or custom !

The reason I asked is all the painted detail.  The grill, hood and trunk emblem, the Bel Air script just looks a little mote then a regular release to me. Also i would like to get one like it. 😀 😊 😆

They did do a really nice job on this '55 Chevy ! It is probably at least a decade old and you are right that there have been other versions released. I have several 1/18 '55 Chevrolets, as well as one or two in other scales. My family had a real 1955 Chevy and it is sure understandable why they are so popular in real or scale form.
