I'm certain most of you have seen the Mel Brooks 1974 classic, Blazing Saddles. You'll recall Brooks plays a few roles in the movie, including the half-wit Governor Lepetomane.
Brooks got this name from a famous French performer, Joseph Pujol (1857-1945)...better known Le Petomane.ย
Care to guess what God-gifted talent brought Le Petomaneย fame & fortune?ย
This joke is worthy of an award or French medal of distinction, Kennedy Center honors....something! ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ย I will personally nominate it for Forum Jokeย of the year!

Ha Chris... I love how you managed to work the word 'stinc' into your post...
Umm, just to be clear were you referring to the scene around the fire when they were eating beans for dinner... ?

Actually, my post has NOTHING to do with that scene but everything to do with the name "Lepetomane."ย ย Click on the Wikipediaย link I provided above and you'll see.

I already had checked that out and can't stop laughing.
Have you ever heard of Dr Demento who used to be on the radio show. He had a bit that was about a farting contest. I'm trying to find it and I don't know if I'm going to be able to post it but it's absolutely hysterical. He used to play some of the weirdest stuff ever recorded like Moose Turd Pie and Pencil Neck Geeks and all kinds of stuff on the radio. This was in the '70s through the eighties I don't know how much longer he's been on the radio but he was a radio God to me when I was just out of high school. And I believe he was the radio DJ that started the career of Weird Al Yankovic.
