Bears are active, currently. They're trying to gain a little weight over the holidays in time for their long siesta. So, at this time, the smell of fish, in these here parts, is inviting trouble.

You're right JayBee, Clover the cow is too judgmental for her own good. I suspect her negativity may be based in her frustration that Greta the goat got to star in the milking scene, when she only has half the number of teats. Clover needs a good agent. Sparky the frenetic pup seems the happiest of them all by far and why wouldn't he be? All he has to do all day is run around yipping and nip Greta's arse when he gets bored. What a life! The chatty old fella puts the Marlboro Man to shame though! I'm sure that you must have shaken your head when the young fellow had to resort to using a rod to catch the fish; rather than barehanded like you. Obviously a rookie!

..based upon your military farm upbringing,I suspect your allegations are accurate enuf Jack...so the two guys comprising the "herd" seem to live within 4 steps of their apartment.......what little excitement they experience comes their way when young Elron brings them a new piece of hay from the stack cleverly concealed some 10 feet into the front yard (????)
