Interesting but well engineered for a Bugatti win as the F1 Red Bull car gearing is set for racetracks that do not exceed 320 KPH (approx. 200 mph) and usually less (290kph).
This older 2011 RB7 Fi car has 750hp and is rear drive only but gearing is the most important factor here.
Given a long enough track the higher top speed of the Bugatti Chiron will always prevail.
