Personally I find that Kung Food Fighting in order to get ahead in the bakery customer lineup on half price Friday addresses both dietary and exercise requirements.

@jack-dodds, they are a New Orleans staple. If you ever have the opportunity to try a freshly made one, it can be life-changing, particularly when accompanied by a cup of chickory coffee. Sit in the Cafe DuMonde, watch folks stroll by, see your beignet being made, and tip your straw hat to the ladies.
