I have always been impressed by the wide, uncluttered grille of the '68 Dodge so I'm going with that. I could do without the bandaged backside, but is seems there's no choice there.

You could buy one without the stripe back in the day though; as shown in this pic of the one in Bullitt on its way to the wheel alignment shop......
@frank great collection of Chargers there, Frank. I guess you'll be voting '68?
@jack-dodds It's so many years, (read decades) since I watched the movie I thought THE car chase was in the city. Is this shot from that scene or elsewhere? It appears to be out of the city centre.
@charles-rockett It is the finale of the car chase as the Charger leaves the highway with the Mustang's "persuasion" and is about to create a fireball as it lands in the gas station. The scene is out of the city.

When I was in high school, my friend's dad had a '69 440 RT/SE with the vinyl bumble bee stripe. He didn't like it, so we got a hair dryer, heated up the stripe, and peeled it off. I built a tribute car of it 4 years ago. This was my first diecast repaint.

Incredible! But then I've come to expect nothing less than incredible from you.
