Not having ever dated a building, I have little to say on this matter.
Do buildings have a gender?
agenda ?????.......oh HAL yes....buildings have agendas just like all of us here.....first fifty-years,it`s all "stand tall and swagger".....following that,thirty-some years of parts falling off

I hear ya JayBee; I have overactive gutters, my back door opens on its own at times and my overhang grows yearly.

@john-barry In the U.K. we call this Jerry built so I guess you're right, they do have agenda.
